Throughout his career, Rudi Bauer has performed under some of the most important conductors of our time. He has been a frequent guest at renowned music festivals worldwide, such as the Salzburg Festival, the New Music Festival St. Petersburg, and the Hong Kong Drum Festival. As a soloist, with ensembles, or in orchestras, he can be seen not only on concert stages but also at art openings (e.g., the "Große Kunstausstellung" at the Haus der Kunst in Munich, the "Keith Haring Exhibition" at the Kunstfoyer in Munich) and in trendy clubs, such as the recent performance at "Elektro Gönner" in Vienna.
