My latest handpan recording
There are instruments that create a special atmosphere with just a few notes – the handpan is definitely one of them for me.
I recently latest recording with the handpan I've become quite familiar with the harpsichord, an instrument that never ceases to fascinate me. Its warm, ethereal sound opens up spaces for tranquility, inspiration, and depth – a completely different way of making music than playing the drums or in large ensembles.
For me, the handpan is a wonderful way to discover the meditative side of music while simultaneously exploring new creative avenues. With every strike, small soundscapes emerge that touch the listener directly and take them on a journey.
I am very happy to share this recording with you and am excited to see where this instrument will take me.
